Becky wins "Female SONGWRITER of the Year" with
the 2008 Agape Fest Fan Appreciation Awards!! Winners
were announced at the Sat. May 31st Awards
Show in Jefferson, TX. "Becky received over 4,000
votes (reported organizers, Glorya & Bob Wilson, of
KNGR King Country Radio), is the writer of "Child of My
Heart" and "Billy's Train", and well deserved the award."
The show was a shining example of
faithful servants of God through Gospel and Inspirational
Country Music, including
JOANNE CASH, David Patillo, and Allen
Frizell (brother of
the late Lefty Frizell).
Bill Mullis presents the
"Female Songwriter" Award to Becky Wright
Becky Opens for Grammy & Dove-winning "The Imperials" on
April 13th.

Artist to Record Becky's Songs...
C hristine Ashford, Nashville Christian
artis t with the
Creative Soul Artist Development Program, will be
recording "Hem of His Garment", written for this
project, by Becky Wright. Produced by Eric Copeland,
recording has already begun, and the project is slated
for a summer 2008 release.
